Call us, or fill in the quote form and tell us what needs doing and where. Photos help, but they’re optional.

2. We book you in

Small jobs are booked straight in at our callout rate. For bigger jobs we’ll quote a fixed price or agree an hourly rate — whatever suits you. Free on-site look within 10 km of Robina.

3. Job done properly

We turn up on time, do the job right and leave the place clean.

Meet Dan & Sue

I’m Dan — a licensed tradesman and former builder with more than 35 years in the building industry. These days I focus on smaller repairs and maintenance, where precision and reliability make all the difference.

SURVE Property Maintenance is a family business: I do every job on site myself, while my wife Sue looks after bookings and communication with homeowners, landlords, tenants and property managers. No subcontractors — you deal directly with the people who stand behind the work.

How does your pricing work?

Small jobs: one callout fee covers travel and your first hour on site — no 2‑hour minimum — then 30‑minute increments. Larger jobs (6+ hours) are charged at a straight hourly rate with no callout fee. The standard callout applies around Robina; it may be slightly higher further out. We’ll confirm your exact price by phone or email before we start. All prices include GST; materials are extra.
