I’m Dan, a former builder who has spent decades delivering homes, renovations and property improvements across the Gold Coast. These days, I focus on smaller‑scale repairs and maintenance — the kind of work where precision, reliability and builder‑level skill make all the difference. Every job is completed with the same care, detail and pride that shaped my career as a builder.
SURVE Property Maintenance and Handyman Services is a family‑managed business run by myself and my wife, Sue. I handle all on‑site work personally, while Sue manages the office and keeps communication seamless for property managers, owners and tenants.
