Who We Are

SURVE Property Maintenance is built on more than 35 years of hands‑on building experience. I’m a licensed tradesman and former builder, and for 15 years I ran my own licensed building company — constructing homes, completing renovations and delivering commercial and domestic projects across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. After stepping back from large‑scale building work, I created SURVE to offer something increasingly rare in the maintenance industry — builder‑level workmanship, honest communication and reliable service.

Today we’re based in Varsity Lakes, looking after Robina and the surrounding suburbs, and we’re happy to travel further across the Gold Coast.

About SURVE Property Maintenance: A Family‑Managed Business

SURVE is operated by myself and my wife, Sue. I handle all on‑site work personally, ensuring every repair is completed properly the first time. Sue manages the office, coordinates bookings, communicates with property managers, owners and tenants, and keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

This family‑managed structure means you always deal directly with the people responsible for the work — no subcontractors, no confusion, no delays. Just clear communication and dependable service from start to finish.
