Palm Beach Case Study – Ceiling Water Damage Repair

After a roof leak had been repaired by a roofing contractor, a Palm Beach homeowner engaged SURVE to restore the internal ceiling damage left behind. Water staining and sagging plasterboard were clearly visible in the affected room.

The damaged ceiling section was removed and replaced with new plasterboard. Additional framing support was installed where required before all joints were taped and set to achieve a seamless finish.

Following drying time, we returned to sand the repairs, apply stain-blocking undercoat, and repaint the entire ceiling area to eliminate any evidence of the previous leak.

The result was a clean, uniform ceiling with no visible staining or patching. The homeowner was relieved to have the room fully restored and looking as good as new.
