Broadbeach Case Study – End of Lease Wall Repairs & Painting

A Broadbeach tenant contacted SURVE before vacating their apartment after discovering several wall impacts, picture hook holes, and minor damage that needed attention before the final property inspection.

We carried out repairs to all affected wall surfaces, removing loose material and patching each damaged area using professional plaster repair techniques. Multiple coats of compound were applied and feathered out to achieve a smooth, invisible finish.

Once the repairs had cured, the walls were sanded, undercoated, and repainted to fully blend the repaired areas into the surrounding surfaces. Particular attention was given to ensuring no visible patching remained under natural light.

The completed works left the apartment presentation-ready for the end-of-lease inspection. The tenant was relieved to have the damage professionally repaired and appreciated the clean, seamless finish achieved throughout the property.
