Common Questions
Do I need to patch and paint at the end of a lease?
Tenants are generally responsible for damage beyond fair wear and tear, such as holes from hooks or brackets. Check your lease and entry condition report, or ask your property manager what is expected.
Will touch-up paint match the old paint?
Often it doesn’t, especially on older or sun-faded walls. Painting the patched wall to the corners gives an even finish that passes an inspection.
Can you work with my property manager?
Yes. I regularly work with Gold Coast property managers and can arrange access with them directly, then send photos and an itemised invoice.
How quickly can you do an end of lease patch and paint?
It depends on the size of the job and my schedule. Tell me your deadline when you get in touch and I’ll let you know straight away if I can meet it.
Do you only patch, or paint too?
Both. I patch holes and damage, then prime and paint. For bigger plaster damage see drywall and plasterboard repairs.
