Larger jobs (8+ hours) are charged at our full-day property maintenance rate plus materials, with no callout fee. The standard callout applies around Robina; it may be slightly higher further out. We’ll confirm your exact price by phone or email before we start. All prices include GST; materials are extra.

Do you work on commercial and strata properties?

Yes. As well as homes and rentals, we look after commercial premises, retail shops and strata common areas — repairs, carpentry, doors and windows, drywall and plaster, and painting, all completed to builder‑level standards. We work during business hours and don’t offer an emergency or after‑hours service.
