Carrara Case Study – Fence Repair After Storm Damage

Michael, a Carrara homeowner, contacted SURVE after strong winds had damaged a section of his timber boundary fence. Several palings had come loose, and one fence post had begun leaning, leaving the fence unstable and unsightly.

Following inspection, we removed the damaged materials and reinforced the affected section of fencing. The leaning post was straightened and securely braced, while new palings were supplied and installed to match the existing fence. All fixings were upgraded where required to improve durability and withstand future weather events.

Once completed, the repaired section blended well with the surrounding fence and restored both privacy and security to the property. The structure was once again stable and capable of handling normal wind loads.

Michael was pleased with the prompt service and the fact that the repair avoided the need for a costly full fence replacement.
