Miami Case Study – Wall Crack Repair & Repainting

Sarah contacted SURVE after noticing several cracks appearing along an internal wall between her dining and living areas. While the cracks were largely cosmetic, they were becoming increasingly noticeable and affecting the appearance of the home.

The affected cracks were opened, stabilised, and reinforced using appropriate repair techniques. Flexible compounds were applied where required before the wall was reset and feathered out to achieve a smooth finish.

Following drying time, the repairs were sanded, undercoated, and the entire wall repainted to ensure a consistent appearance. Care was taken to eliminate any visible repair lines or texture variations.

The completed work restored the appearance of the wall, leaving no obvious signs of the previous cracking. Sarah was extremely pleased with the professional finish and attention to detail.
